Great looking arrangement and delivered on time. Only issue I have is I double ordered online and called them immediately to let them know. They delivered the one order but charged me for 2 and haven’t refunded my money yet. ---- Florist's Response: Our apologies!! We attempted to process the refund as soon as you made us aware of the issue. Apparently the refund didn't happen. We've processed a refund for $169.90 today. We'll check tomorrow to make sure that it was applied correctly.
